Foundation
Adaco was founded with Procter & Gamble as main principal
1957
Cooperation with H. J. Heinz
The first principal within the food category was H. J. Heinz, which has been in our portfolio since 1957
1989
Merger to ADACO AB
Adaco was merged with Säljbolagsgruppen/Interbroker. ADACO AB became the parent company and the operations were organised into departments according to categories
1990
Incorporations to ADACO AB
Cloetta AB became a joint owner, and both of its companies, Cloetta Hushåll and Catermen, were incorporated into ADACO AB
1991
Cloetta AB became the majority owner
2001
Takeover of Adaco
Adaco was acquired by the Swiss company, Valora Holding AG. It is part of Valora Trade, within Valora Group
2005
Change of name
Adaco celebrates its 50-year anniversary and changes its name to Valora Trade Sweden AB
2010
Valora Trade Sweden strengthening the position through new Nordic Category organisation
